Have a project in mind?

Share your design, estimated quantity and target delivery date. If one detail still needs work, whether it is the clasp, the finish or the fit, tell us what you would like to resolve at the sample stage.

01 Getting started

Where are your team and manufacturing operations based?

Our team and manufacturing operations are based in China. We work with UK jewellery brands on design development, sampling and production. If your sourcing brief requires UK manufacture, please take our production location into account before submitting an enquiry.

Do you work with new jewellery brands?

Yes. You can approach us with a first collection, a new design for an existing range or a follow-up order. For a first collection, a sketch, an estimated quantity per design and a target launch date are enough to start the conversation. We can then discuss which details need to be settled before sampling.

Do you offer custom manufacturing or ready-made jewellery?

Our focus is custom manufacturing for brands. The bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings shown on this site illustrate the types of pieces you can develop with us. If a piece is close to what you have in mind, tell us which details you would like to change, such as the link profile, clasp, dimensions or finish.

02 Design & development

Can you manufacture jewellery from our own designs?

Yes. Send a sketch, drawing or reference image you are authorised to share. Mark the features that define your design and include any dimensions you have already decided. For a bracelet, for example, the link width, wrist size range and way the clasp opens are useful starting points. We review feasibility before confirming the specification for a sample.

What information do you need to provide a quotation?

Please include the product type, key dimensions, preferred material and finish, and estimated quantity per design, size and finish. Add your target delivery date and UK delivery postcode if you would like delivery costs considered. If a detail is still open, tell us where you would like a recommendation. Finished technical drawings are optional for an initial enquiry.

03 MOQ & pricing

What is your minimum order quantity for custom jewellery

Rings: The minimum is 30 pieces per ring size for each design. For example, if you order one design in three sizes, the minimum is 90 rings, with 30 in each size.

Bracelets, earrings and necklaces: The minimum is 100 pieces per design.

You can choose up to two plating colours for the same design. When requesting a quotation, please include the quantity you would like in each colour. For rings, please give the colour breakdown for each size as well.

How much does a mould cost, and can I put the fee towards my production order?

Where a design requires a mould, the fee is US$80–150 per design, depending on the complexity of the manufacturing process. We confirm the exact fee in your quotation before you place the order.

Once you place the order for the mould, the fee is non-refundable. It is charged separately and cannot be deducted from the cost of your production order.

Do you offer free moulds and samples for long-term customers?

Yes. We waive both mould fees and sample fees for customers with an established, long-term working relationship with us. If we already work together, we’ll confirm this arrangement in the quotation for your next design.

How long does it take to make a sample?

Please allow approximately 15 working days to make your sample. Once you receive it, you can review the fit, finish and overall appearance of the piece and let us know whether you would like any changes before production.

How long does production take after sample approval?

Once you approve the sample and confirm your order, production usually takes around 20 working days. Delivery to the UK is additional. If you have a launch date in mind, please tell us when the finished pieces need to arrive so we can discuss production and shipping together.

04 Sampling & production

Can we approve a sample before production begins?

Review the sample against the agreed dimensions, appearance and function. Confirm any revisions and approve the specification before production.

How long do sampling and production take?

Timing depends on the complexity of the piece, material availability, revisions and the production schedule. Share your required arrival date when requesting an estimate.

05 Materials & quality

Which stainless steel grades and finishes can you offer?

Specify your preferred grade and finish, or share a reference showing the appearance you want. Availability and suitability need to be confirmed for your design.

How do we agree quality checks before dispatch?

Identify the dimensions, finish and functional details that matter to your collection. Agree the checks and any inspection records you need before approving the order.

06 UK orders & delivery

How do I place a repeat order or raise a quality concern?

For a repeat order, send your previous order reference, the quantities required and any changes to sizes, finishes or packaging. We can use the approved specification as a starting point and reconfirm pricing, minimum quantities and lead times.

For a quality concern, send the order reference, the number of pieces affected and clear photographs showing the issue. For a moving part such as a clasp, a short video can help us understand what happens in use. We can review the details against the agreed specification and discuss the next step with you.

How are orders shipped to the UK?

We usually send orders from China by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Express deliveries typically arrive in the UK within a week of dispatch.

If you prefer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), we also offer air freight with delivery to your UK address. This usually takes around 10 days from dispatch.

Both estimates are for delivery only. When requesting a quotation, please include your UK delivery postcode and required arrival date so we can confirm the shipping cost and help you choose the most suitable option.

Let’s discuss your next collection.

Share your designs, target quantities and project requirements.
